Pristine Check® helps to remove excess calcium from the water and deposits that calcium into your pool's filter. It’s essential to backwash or clean (preferred way, use PoolBoss Filter Cleaner) the cartridge filter after the use of PristineCheck®. Pristine Check® is applied in swimming pools when starting PristineBlue® for the first time and at spring start up. If your source or tap water has a high calcium level, it is recommended that you add a proper dose of PristineCheck® whenever a significant amount of fresh water is added to the pool.
